OBJECTIVES

– To develop tools for motivating women and young undertakings to take active participation in companies ‘decision making.

– To support the transnational cooperation among the partner organizations and countries in respect of women and young workers’ involvement in metal sector.

– To foster the cooperation among the representatives of employers and workers in metal sector in Europe and to enhance the social dialogue through their mutual cooperation, understanding, trust, informing and active participation.

– To raise the awareness of undertakings about the application of the EU law and set of Directives of employee involvement on national and international level.

– To share and disseminate the previous gained experience and knowledge regarding the European and national laws on employee involvement at both national and transnational levels around.

In the period of 18 months, it is foreseen to be organized: 5 international meetings (kick off meeting, study visit, training course, international meeting and conference) and 8 raising awareness campaigns/national workshops all around the partner countries (Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Spain, Germany and Poland). During all those activities, there are going to be used different types of methods for non-formal education, variety of approaches and external expertise in order to best achieve the project results.

We believe that those will lead to:
